Can't find our book either - plow settings

We bought every manual there was to buy for our Farmall Cub, and I have a thick notebook, but the one that shows how to hook the moldboard plow to the tractor is missing.

Does it go in the center or off to the right side? We think there was a chain that held the plow sideways, but can't find it and can't see how it would attach.
