What made it go flat? Have you found the puncture? Perhaps your valve stem went, in which case, you might be able to fix it yourself. Jack up the side with the flat, reinflate and listen for the hiss. Haven't had to try it yet but I've heard filling a spray bottle with dish detergent and water, then spraying suspected areas (including the valve stem) and looking for bubbles is a good technique when the leak isn't obvious. Does the tire have a tube?
