E-manhunt, if you consider 45lb weights on each front wheel multiplied by the distance they are from the rear axle which would be the pivot point it would be equivalent to hundreds of pounds a short distance from the rear axle, thus they are quite significant. I used to know a formula to calculate, I think 90lbs x say 6' would give us a factor of 540 in front of the rear axle, it would take 540 weight at 1 ' in front of the rear axle to do the same counter balance as 2- 45 lb weights mounted 6 feet in front of the rear axle. I am sure there are better mathematicians on the forum that can make this more sensible but those weights do a lot! Mike in Exter Ontario
