Somebody has done more that put a wide front end under it and 28" tires. The front half is not a C. The C has hydraulics and the steering comes down the left side of the tractor. This one is on the right like and A or B. The rearend and seat assembly look like they came off of a C. Too many shadows to tell much more. It would be interesting to see a picture taken from the rear. My guess is that it doesn't have the big "U" drawbar of the offsets. Somebody must have had some fun making this one.
