I recently fully restored a 1952 Super C that was purchased new by mky dad. You can view the tractors and restoration project on my web site www.chaselinks.com. I did a lot of work on the family farm (40 acres) with the Super C. Plowing, mowing, cultivating, etc. The Super C seems to be just the right size, power, and flexibility for your plans. As you can see on the web site, I added a 3-point hitch from Saginaw rather than a fast hitch. I decided to go for newer 3-point implements that are also interchangable with my John Deere 4510 and certainly more available and more variety. My thoughts. Good luck and hope you go for the Super C.
