On a serious note, does your engine have a lot of blow-by especially after it warms up? If so, from what you have posted here now I would say it is definitely due to worn or stuck rings and worn sleeves. If it just smokes a bit at start up and has very little blow-by coming out the breather, then it is more likely to be from valve guides.

Probably not what your pocket book wanted to hear, but…
