Hydraulics were dry so I put oil in the reservoir and pulled the lever for the hitch. It came about 1/2 way up before one of the dry rotted hoses let go. I spent the next 2 hours cleaning up splattered oil but at least I know it still works. I'll put new hoses on it tonight and then see if it will move. I kept the clutch off the used motor so it shouldn't be stuck after only a year or so of sitting. I might cut some hay with this thing after all.
