Rebuild it yourself, they really aren't all that complicated, as long as the power steering valve body isn't shot. I had a machine shop build up the shafts on mine and re-grind them to the proper size, then machine and fit bronze bushings in the case for it for $340. My 300U had a 460U box when I got it, and they are a little different from the 300U box. Works good now, before it had a lot of slop and wouldn't hold oil. The shafts were so worn the seals wouldn't seal anymore.
