Well I’m going to try something new this time and I’m sure several of you have already done it. Mainly I’m getting excited that my old F-20 will be up and running soon to be honest. This tractor has not run in well over twenty years and had the block exposed and stuck when I got to it. I’ve decided to go ahead and put the tractor together before I paint it, and make sure she runs good. After all the bugs have been sorted out, I will partially strip the tractor down and paint it. I will remove the sheet metal, radiator and wheels to paint the old girl. What do you guys think? It seems like a lot of extra work to me but I will be really upset if I have to tear back into her again after she is painted. The reason I don’t gamble, I never win (or something always goes wrong). Anyone have any warnings I should contend with first on this new venture of mine?
