Getting more power comes from more compression, or more displacement, or both. Either will mean money. If too much compression is achieved premium fuel will also need to be factored in. I'd sharpen the mower till it will fillet grasshoppers without their awareness. If sharp, possibly reducing the size of the mower or mowing more often would be good. There are over run clutches that fix the "keeps on moving" problem. Tractor stores, or this site's parts listings will serve, and they are cheeper than new grills and radiators. JimN
