IH 460U Power Steering

A friend of mine looked at a 460 Utility and the owner said the power steering was out. I had a 300U and had to deal with other parts of the hydraulics but never the power steering. I'm not familiar with the 460U, do they have the power steering as part of the steering sector like 300U & 350U's? Is there something else in the system that can cause power steering failure? Are the 460U power steering sectors as hard to find as the 300U & 350U's?
