I rebuilt the governor on our B last spring. I replaced the bearings, seals and pins in the weights. Also replaced the spring with a Super C governor spring. Did the same to our Farmall A. Both of the governors work great now. Very snappy governor if it is repaired right! If the holes in the weights are worn too much you may have to replace the weights. Ours were good with just the new pins. All the parts were still available from our Case IH dealer. Also, make sure it is assembled correctly! Get a I&T manual that shows the CORRECT assembly. Our B had parts in the wrong places and missing parts etc. Good Luck.
