Yes there are bearings for the cam.Front #24515D, center #24420D, and rear #24516D. I'm sure the cam could be reground but the journals would have to be plated or metalized or you would need to find some undersize bearings. I would clean up the one you have and polish it up and see how bad it really is. A few small pits shouldn't hurt. Remember, it's a slow turning engine with pretty low valve spring pressure.
