The numbers you see are the "D" series numbers, as I remember they were casting, part numbers..On other small parts and on equipment pieces you will see a number like this "36547829 R1" this is referd to as a "R" number..... I worked for a short time for "IHC" back in '54-'55-'56 in Cincinnati, Ohio....
