Farmall B governor {sorry}

lost our computer fer a few days,and could not find message I posted last week.My B's governor dose ok whenpullin light load , but when I got the flat belt pully shaft relaced and tryed to put a load on it { 4"x 4" lever}the governor did not jack the rpm's up like it should. I have a manual and will be repairin the governor soon.Any suggestion's on what to look for or tips would be grately excepted.Got buzz rig allmost ready ta go too.
