Hi, I am from northeast Iowa and there are a lot of them around here. I have a 1066 Hydro. It is a earley 1973. I've been told they were discontinued in mid 73 and started 100 hydro.
I have a love hate relation ship it. For the loader and snow blower it's perfect. In the field it's a big joke. I have a 806 that will run circles around it. The 806 has 9000 hrs on it with a turbo on it all it's life and never had the head or pan off. The 1066 has 4200 hrs. on now, was over hauled 500 hrs. ago.
