330 utility

Hi, Just bought a IH 330 utility with loader, power steering,no pto or drawbar because of counterweight for loader. Just ordered operators manual for it but won't be here for a week. Wanted to know where to check and ad trans & ta fluid, and what fluid does it take. Also how hard is it to install a pto, i was told that one will work from a 300 -450. Trans likes to grind sometimes when shifting gears, have shut it off to shift.
