Have you run it up to temperature for any length of time? I ran mine up to temp for about a half an hour, shut it down and retorqued the head bolts to 105 ft lbs and then just started useing it and it quit bubbling, maybe something in those gaskets because if you look close it looks like it is coming through the fiber part of the gasket. I also bought mine from an IH dealer.
