It is scrap now go and get a new one and make it a victor gskt they seam to be alot better then the Fel-Pro.The one i just put on the 706 that ate a piston sealed the first time . with only a lite coat of copper coat. and a retoqure . The newer 6 cyl. are a higher comp. then the older tractors and run at a much higher rpm . Also make yourself up 2 studs from a couple of old 1/2 x4 1/2 bolts cut the heads off and cut in a screwdrive slot in them so you can remove them after you get the head on this helps with alignen the head so you are not sliding the head around on the gskt. to find the bolt holes. Make sure that you have it up to operating temp. then retoqure and reset the valves . Before you put the head on i like to use some 180 emery to make sur that the block is clean and wipe down with laqure thinner also run a tap down each head bolt hole to chase the threads and clean with either or brake clean and blow dry clean the bolts up with a wire bruch on a grinder or run a thread chaser over them clean and dry and then a littel white greaseor a light coat of oil this was you will get a better toqure also lube the washer .
