H's and M's are not high crop or high clear tractors. They are regular rowcrop tractors. The HV and MV are the high clear versions of these tractors and a cotton picker M on bull gears can be considered high clear also. Most high clear tractors in the South were used in sugar cane fields for all types work, and for mounting bean harvesters. They were also used for spraying row crops. The smaller high clear tractors like the AV were used for production of some truck farming vegetable crops.
