The crank is keyed to the pulley, as noted by Wayne. It might be possible to remove the mud guard (tin plate bolted from underneath (probably is not there)) and try to get it far enough off to replace (diagnose) If it will not go far enough, the hand crank snout might be able to be removed. If no way, the bolster must be moved (front end W/radiator) moved forward. Best of luck, JimN
