Do not pull it to try to break it loose. It’s too easy to bend something. :<( Put it in 5th gear and get on the rear wheel and rock it instead. Put your favorite rust eating concoction in the cylinders and rock it every time you walk by it. (If you put it by the house this should be very often!) :>] If you are lucky it will break loose in a few days. If you loose patience, then start pulling the engine apart.
