The one you have pictured looks like the flat style. It has been long since discontinued by the original suppliers. It is not available as a reproduction from several of the sources mentioned. It is not cheap. If you just want working lights, modern replacements lamp units with sealed beams can be found from numerous sources for less than the price of a repro sealed bean unit. This type has a bulb, similar to an 1133 sealed inside it. Before the repros were available, I cut one open and soldered a new 1133 nside it. I also had to solder a small nut on the center tip of the bulb to attach the wire. The difference shows if you look closely at the back of the unit. I never got around to using it and it is on the shelf. The repros made the exercise a mute point anyway. So, your main choices are change to a different lamp assembly or pay the price for a repro unit.
