First are you sure it's supposed to be red? IHC switched from grey to IH50 red with the 1937 model year. Not to start a flame war but TSC/van sickle ect paint stinks, and looks like crap in 6 months. For around $100-150 buy some of ppg's omni line paint and have a paint job that will last 10 years plus. Dupont , napa are also excellent paints they are just costing more in my area. I've added a link to ppg paint codes, you'll be able to get a better match this way than trying to scan in old pieces.
