To remove those sleeves you need a sleeve puller.
You may be able to rent one. You should buy a shop manual that covers that tractor too. This will give you all the tolerances and torque specs.
If you're going to pull the engine this would be a good time to have the engine cooked and new cam bearings installed. You could also have the old sleeves pulled too. Then you could replace the clutch if needed. Hal
