The fingers can be worn both on the surface that contacts the throw-out bearing and where the pivot pins go through. The fingers should have a nice curve to them where they contact the bearing. They will wear flat with use to the point that the curve actually will wear completely away. If the metal on the curve is comparative to the thickness of the rest of the finger, you should be all right. If it is getting thin, I’d replace at least the fingers. If the pivot holes are worn oblong, then you should replace them also, probably with a rebuilt pressure plate assembly.
