Robert: Don't rule out fire just yet. While I must agree with the others on fuel problems. I had similar problems with my SA some years ago. I chased fuel problems for quite some time before I decided fuel was not the problem. I would start to loose power and misfire on hills, on bumps and even on down grade. My problem turned out to be a worn distributor shaft. While tractor was sitting level or driving over smooth level surface, it worked perfect. Just remove the diatributor cap, check for end play as well as up and down. Rebuilt the distributor and cured my SA. Just another suggestion, one I wouldn't overlook.
