JR: I've been following these little tractors for close to 55 years. I have never seen a bumper in any IH literature. I personally don't think IH ever built such an item. If dealers in certain parts of the continent were selling bumpers, I suggest they were aftermarket bumpers built by someone other than IH. IH dealers have sold a lot of aftermarket items over the years. I would think if this A is an antique show tractor, you would want it 100% IH original.
