Hi Brakes, your tractor is probably a 3414, 3444, 2500 or 2504 based on the B414 or 444 agricultural models. You need to take the drums off and clean the dirt out of them. You will find an inner and outer disk brake with a ramp and roller mechanism in between to force the disks apart. The ramps and rollers get dirty and the rollers stick in the engaged position. Reversing the tractor usually releases the brakes. We used to put a very light coat of white grease on the rollers, to much and the rollers collect brake dust. Cleaning the brakes on our B414 was an annual PM thing. Good luck JB2
