I think it is IH, Looks just like the flarebox precision toy we have, Can't find my 150 years book, but your right it does look like the picture in it. Don't really see to many of them around, and i don't think any other company made that style. I would say paint it rad put the decals on it and there ya go! You might have got more posts if you put i bleed red!LOL
