The Heisler package included the new double gear for the input shaft and a new 4-5 slider gear. For the counter shaft, it appears to have only included the new double gear for shifting ranges (and possibly a hub it runs on?). It also included the shifter parts to change ranges and a new shaft for the reverse slider. To change back, you will probably need to swap back all the gears that were in the kit. The idler shaft probably doesn't have to come out but you probably should pull it and the shifter parts as well.
