Poncho: There is some flexability in how you do this. You could find a 2nd factory valve and add it to your valve bank. Problem with that is finding one with proper plumbing. Another item you'll find with 656, lever travel is just too great for working lift and bucket at same time, with the same hand. The other way to approach this is add a power beyond dual valve with joystick control. The joystick control can then be placed where you find comfortable for operation. That would leave your factory valve free for other implement use. A 3rd possibility is just plug a 2 valve spool valve into your current outlet and power the loader from that. From experience, I bought a farm with a 656 and a IH 2000 loader, not on the tractor at the time. My 656 had 2 factory valves. I had the loader on 656 only briefly, but didn't like that lever travel. I soon installed the loader on my 560. Now that was not the only reason for changing loader, 3 point hitch on 656 and wanting it free for field work was major reason.
