The 64 inch width is center of tread, so you need to add the width of one tire. That gets you to about the number gene b quoted. However, any tire bigger then a 9.5 won't go to the narrowest setting. So if you have 10-24, the best you can do is 68 plus the tire, about another 11. This won't change the axle/hub/weight clearance concern that was already mentioned.
