IH 330 Utility Time to make it Run

I have to get a battery for my 330U and I am unsure what to get and where. It has a 12 volt system. Also, I want to replace the steering wheel and cannot get it off the column. Any suggestions? What oil does the engine take and how much? What oil filter # do I want to get? I have a shop manual for it (IH-201) I think.
