Good advice above FM. Remeber a tractor restoration is a money eater. Any money spent on shipping is money you can't put into your tractor. It is also money you will never have any chance of recovering because it doesn't add to the value of the tractor. Not that you would recover the total cost of restoration. Second thing to consider, if you spend all your money on shipping, and have nothing left over for parts, you will get bored with your project. You will have it torn down, and it will sit in pieces.
At your age, other things will become important in the next few years. We all wish you the best and speak from experience.
