Turns out the info I got from him wasn"t correct. Can"t really blame him though, he"s in his 80"s and owns about 6 farmall tractors.
The MDV hasn"t been used in about 15 years and until about 3-4 months ago hasn"t ran since then. The front hood was damaged during our past hurricane and was taken off. He says that it runs but really needs to be broken down and cleaned.
