Bought a '61 460 gas, fast hitch, wide front with a 2000 loader on it last fall to do disking, plowing, cultivating, brush mowing, maybe some small sqare baling and snow/dirt moving. We've had a Ford 8N to do plowing, disking and snow pushing but needed something bigger. It's all hobby/weekend warrior use but still work about 40 acres. We have a lot of hills and that 460 just seems a bit nervous going up and down hills (maybe it's just me.) We never need to work sideways, just up and down. The question: It it safer to sell the 460 and look at a 460U, 606, 574 or something similar? All 3 of these tractors or either for sale or going up for auction in the next month or so. Also... what's the best/first utility type IH tractor that had a cab as an option? Ideas/comments would be appreciated. Thanks! -Mike

I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
