Carlton, your local Case IH or CNH dealer should be able to provide the govenor spring - if not one of the dealers that advertise on this site should be able to provide. For 3 points Saginaw is very well thought of for after market. Saginaw.com I think will reach them if not do a Google search. I have a Saginaw on a row crop and am very satiffied.
