You may be able to rent a sleeve puller from your local rental shop or have a puck made at your local machine shop that will just fit inside the
sleeve and have enough outside lip to grasp the sleeve and clear the block bore. Have a 3/4" hole drilled in the center and then use your 3/4
allthread. These sleeves are pressed in and are probably tight. Your local auto machine shop can press them out too if you're going to degrease the block. Hal
