Carlton: It actually comes much easier than it looks, although when I did it 300s were much younger not many seized bolts. Remove the sheet metal, then uncouple steering shaft at U joint under hood. Then remove the big plug in front of steering box. You turn shaft until worm comes out front then just pull steering shaft out front. All that is left are mounts and rad hoses. I have forgotten but you may have to unbolt shroud from rad. I would think after all these years that big plug in steering box could be the hard one.
