Allan: Upon having a closer look through this plow parts book, I did find your plow and indeed a two bottom, as well. The models are 214 and 314. The book shows a rubber gauge wheel as you describe and 2 steel tail wheels. There is a section in this parts book for the 210 plow, however someone removed the text before I acquired the book. I must say I am having a bit of difficulty accepting 210 as a 2 bottom fast hitch plow. I seem to remember that being the model number for the single bottom two way plow for 1 point fast hitch or SC to 230 2 point fast hitch. That is the plow that only needs to rotate 90 degrees.
