Howdy, I have a 1957 350 Utility that also has a loader that attaches to the rear axle. My 3-point is actually an IH two point quick-tach with a top link point on the actual pivot rock shaft -- the whole assembly bolts to the top of rear differental housing, as stated, and has a left side cylinder that runs front-to-rear with the head end under the front of the seat. The lower lift arms come together & the pivot is bolted up under the rear center of the tractor with three large bolts. There is no interference with the rear axles and large loader brackets. The third valve, as mentioned, is added onto the valve stack with longer bolts and an o-ring kit. Hope this helps...
