The later model 2400 might be a better bet with their extra tension springs. Like the other postings suggest, don't be in too big a hurry when operating one of these balers and you'll finish up with a tighter bale. Also, put on extra strings to improve water shedding ability. 2400s have electric tie in Aus.,I would imagine it to be the same over there.Regards, Redfan.
