Farmall C Front Steering Part

This is probably a dumb question but, is the same steering bearings and housing on a Farmall C used on both narrow front and wide fronts. This is the housing that the steering shaft connects to the front pedastal.
If they are not the same, where could I find one for a narrow front? I noticed that there are quite a few of the wide front assemblies being sold lately on ebay and wonder what they do with the narrow front housings if they are different.
