What I found is an Ingersol Rand compressor.
It is mounted on a 4 steel wheel, wagon type frame. The engine is a flathead Waukesha with a hand crank. I will check the plate again to verify the engine size, but I think it is the same engine that was used in the F12. The serial plate on the compressor dates it as a 1925. I don't need it and I thought maybe someone had an early F12 and might need an engine. The engine turns over and it is complete.
