Well, I paid $450 for my H last month, it came with a set of cultivators, a bush hog, a dirt scoop, and a 5 foot tandem disk, all in excellent shape. It also came with a complete, brand new 3 point conversion kit. It was a once in a lifetime deal. I wouldn't pay more than $600 for it, especially since it doesn't run. You have to be realistic and think about how much it would cost to get it in a good running and useable condition, and price the tractor based on that figure. In my area, you can get one ready to put to work for $1700 or less.
