Cub Cadet 1512 Diesel

I have a problem.. my Cub Cadet 1512 runs until it warms up then it shuts down . It runs awhile then acts like it runs out of fuel as tho the injector pump quits working. It has a Kabota Diesel motor.
I changed fuel filters.. primary pump, fuel hoses . It's as tho it's drawing air then shuts down .,. This just started about 4 weeks ago I've owened this 9 yrs.
Anyone have any ideas what else to look for or any suggestions. The injector pump is molded to the motor. Unable to locate parts kit. Please advise.
