That's the hood off an A. "Culti-vision" is not a tractor model, and it wasn't optional equipment. It describes the offset operator's platform on Cubs, As, Bs, and Super As. The fourth hole is either something the previous owner cut in it for some ungodly reason, OR the A was a model that burned petroleum distillate fuel (i.e. naptha), and the extra hole is for the small gas tank that was used to start the tractor and warm it up. I was not aware that you could get a distillate A, though.
