IH 330 utility manifold / carb

I have my new manifold to go on my 330U but I also need the pipe that mounts to the top of manifold. I could make my own pipe but I need to know what size and/or type of pipe to use.

My carb is leaking gas too. It seems that the whole carb is leaking. It is all wet but mainly dripping from where the air intake and the carb meet with the rubber hose. Is it common to have all kinds of gas up there near the air cleaner outlet?
