First off, HOW did the engine get stuck? That will determine how you unstick it. An engine that's stuck from sitting will be different than an engine that siezed while it was being used. One attempt after drizzling some oil down the spark plug holes hardly ever works. Oil just lubricates the rust. There are all kinds of cocktails for freeing engines stuck from lack of use. PB Blaster, Kroil, Marvel Mystery Oil, automatic transmission fluid... Heck, I've even heard that Coca-Cola works. Next thing you need is time. It may take months of repeated applications of penetrant to loosen the engine. You're not going to "armstrong" the engine free with brute force. Jack up a wheel, put the tractor in high gear, then rock it back and forth. It may be stuck so bad that you're going to have to pull the oil pan and head, then pound the pistons out with a hammer...
